BHA FPX4112    Assessment1 3.docx  BHA 4112  Health Production Function  Capella University BHA-FPX4112  Introduction  The healthcare organization I am currently working for is Dallas Medical Center where it provides resources plus services to homeless individuals and low income community that suffer from drug abuse and also mental health disorders. The organization provides free care due to crisis, beds, housing, food, treatments, counseling, basic necessities, and more to help those slowly get back on their feet. There are areas within the organization needed some improvement. I will create a study to prepare the senior leadership. This will help them to review problem areas with current health trends to help well prepare the organization for.  Part 1: Current State of Organization and Potential Changes to Align with Trends  There are always potential changes needed to be able to align with current health trends. In the organization, they develop a general health plan that is data directed to keep up to date. This health care plan is for all patients. It is focused on the areas of improvement most needed within the organization. This is just like history. For the past years, the medical providers are more from traditional values of healthcare (Goswami, 2018). They follow a universal health plan for the various patients we tend to see in our clinics as they believe in the one size fits all approach. This approach is to be able to help treat our patients (Kaehne, 2018). This is especially the ones who suffer f
