The Fourth Amendment, written to be addressed on one of the primary grievances early American colonists had towards the crown. When the amendment was adopted the framers of the United States Constitution placed enough restrictions on searches that are conducted by government officials. The Fourth Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights, which is in the English common law in the seventeenth and eighteenth century. Most legal declarations that created the Bill of Rights were founded by what is common law. It was three different British law-related cases that prompted the Fourth Amendment (Ivypanda, 2019).  The root of the Fourth Amendment based on the history is that the Framers did not intended to apply a search warrant for all searches, and at any place making it only for reasonable in the eyes of the law and public safety.For example, a search inside a home without a warrant can be interpreted as unreasonable unless; the officer has the consent of the owner of the house, the search involves a lawful arrest inside the home, there is probable cause to search without warrant or/and if the items are visible, a person acting with unusual conduct that allows the officer to believe that there is reasonable cause to conduct a search.School off
