As requested, I have thought of various methods by which we could overcome these stated issues and work towards becoming a more effective and cohesive team, building upon each members strengths and covering for any others weaknesses. She is detail oriented and focused, communicates her ideas clearly, and always checks with the group to be sure that everyone understands the details of the project. It may be hard for others to speak up because shes so focused, so I believe it would be beneficial for her to learn more about the other members of the team and how best to communicate with each of them specifically.
