Taking to social media as an outlet for voicing his frustrations could bring her unnecessary criticism from unrelated parties, making it all the more difficult for her to focus and concentrate on her work and cause further instances where she's unsure of what to do. It would have been better for him to take a moment and consider his actions, rather than vent about a coworker to the world as he did. He could have spoken with her about his frustrations in a calm manner, gone over things with her again while asking where she might need clarification, and perhaps suggested that she take notes on the process to look over until she gets used to how things are done. Scenario 2 Jana could perceive the tone of the email she received from Sean as being angry and demanding, rather than simply urgent as the message text itself would suggest.
