To compete and sustain in today€™s business focus on innovation and expansion, which supports the organization towards growth and success, at the same time many organizations are lagging behind on ethical leadership. With companies like Enron and WorldCom, there is very limited to no ethical leadership and it is not easy to find a leader with ethical leadership skills. Thankfully there are some organizations who concentrate on their ethical values and implement the same values on their organization culture to compete with unethical organizations. Garry D Baskin, is the definition of a leader with a visionary spirit. The previous medical equipment sales person, find the healthcare as a best industry to grow on his career and find his interest to serve people by providing the best healthcare to the community who are in great need. While passion of service inspired Garry to start the hospital in Memphis, his ethical leadership and clear vision inspired the whole community of mid-south. A1- Two significant ethical traits that I can refer to describe Garry are humane and leadership by example. Being humane is one of the most revealing traits of a leader who is ethical and moral.
