As the leader of Paradigm Toys, it is important that we establish an ethical environment that is mirrored by our primary stakeholders which will trickle down to our secondary stakeholders. This ethical environment must begin with our leadership. As the leader of Paradigm Toys and with the support from you (the board of directors) we have to create an atmosphere that establishes an ethical code, reinforces our ethical code, and demonstrates our dedication to meeting those expectations. Since you (The board of directors) have asked that I conduct an ethics audit the first item on my agenda was to determine who are primary and secondary stakeholders are.   A1. Primary and Secondary Stakeholders  Although we have many stake holders two of the most important primary stakeholders in our company are our employees and our investors.  Our employees and our investors are listed as primary stakeholders because they have a direct interest in the well-being of our company. Our employees are at the heart of all of our operations. They are what keeps Paradigm going. They are our boots on the ground. Our investors are our financial backbone. They choose to put th
