Discuss the need for change for the company in the scenario using either the    Change Management   Task One – Submission Number 2   A.  Discuss the need for change for the company in the scenario using either the systems contingency model or the organizational life cycle model.      Greiners Organizational life-cycle approach contains the “understanding an organizations developmental needs in terms of changing capabilities required of leaders to grow organizations along their life- cycle”.
