These charges brought against the accused are very extensive and when it comes to the outcome of each crime and the punishment that they are desired that™s what comes into question. First, lets™ look at the accusations that are being thrown at Mr. Dents case. The main charge is for the killing/ or homicide of Uma Opee. Mr. Dents is also charged with burglary, assault of a police officer, kidnapping, and crimes related to drugs. All the evidence was very to the point and it seem to be like an on-point conviction. When the police apprehended the suspect he was going for the insanity defense. His attitude and everything was very erratic and he went on and on about aliens and claimed many wild accusations about being God. Which all of this led to him getting the assault charge and being detained. The charged was found blameworthy on all checks but for the burglary charge due to need of proof that the victim's belonging were taken without her information some time recently her passing. But since the more serious charges, the jury found him blameworthy of the manslaughter, capturing, attack of a police officer, and drug-related wrongdoings, the sentencing ought to fit these violations. In charge of manslaughter, the proof appears it was arranged and with the seizing charge, and the way the victim's body was found it would be 1st-
