C205 Task 2.docx (2)    C205 €“ KUM1 TASK 2  1.  Explain what functions each individual performed in the assigned team roles.  Our group consisted of three individuals, including myself: Cynthia Moore, Corbin Thomas and myself. We originally had one other teammate, but due to her lack of communication with the team, she was removed.   During our conference call, all team roles were up for grabs, since the designated team leader was the individual that hadn€™t responded to us. Because of this, I took it upon myself to schedule and lead the conference call, claiming the role of Team Leader. During our meeting, Cynthia asked if anyone felt strongly about a certain role. Corbin claimed the Presentation Compiler, Cynthia took Team Editor, and I was assigned as the Timekeeper. Our responsibilities were as followed:  —Team Leader - Courtney will be the liaison between the team and the course mentors/each team member.  —Presentation Compiler - Corbin will help keep our presentation organized.   —Team Editor - Cynthia will be responsible for editing our final presentation.  —Timekeeper - Courtney will be responsible for setting up the initial meeting and facilitating group conversation going forward, as needed.   a.  Discuss how a strength of one team member affected the team.  Throughout this project one team member that I noticed strengths outshined the rest was Cynthia.
