A table can have multiple rows of data that have true relation but do not have any duplicate data. The intersection of the rows and columns define each cell in the table. Records are represented by rows and columns represent fields. Fields and records are two basic components of a database where a collection of information is organized. Relational databases maintain data in tables which provides an efficient and flexible way to store and access structured information. This allows you to retrieve a new table from data in one or more tables with a query.
