Amazon assumes a unique approach to its Business Models in ALL areas, including Digital Marketing.  When we were done with the phone call, I was left with the clear understanding that Amazon takes an almost, œbackwards planning™ approach to its processes. As opposed to the more traditional goals of increasing profit margin or expanding sales capacity, they place laser- like focus upon meeting and anticipating customer needs (oftentimes, even before the customers realizes the want, need or desire) then identifying how to effectively and efficiently meet those needs.  This document is prepared for dissemination at the Executive Level.  It will include a situational analysis presenting staff at the senior levels detailed, useable information.
