The Role if Risk in Change Management.docx    The Role of Risk in Change Management   Change Management and Implementation/MGT362  Introduction  Currently within our Healthcare organization our main focus is to achieve a strong Net Promotor Score. A Net Promotor Score is a after phone call survey score that a member gives after having a phone conversation with a staff member. The objective is to have the member score positively as a promotor for the company. We use these scores to rank ourselves across other Fortune 500 and healthcare companies.   In order to achieve consistent scores we implement training programs centered on promoting NPS (Net Promotor Scores.) For this particular project we take 20 employees with the lowest quarterly NPS scores and enroll them into a NPS University program. The program consists of several facilitator lead trainings along with additional one on one coaching support.   Risk-Response Plan  When completing this project, there are many risks involved. Many of our staff works from home in a telecommute position and it can be a challenge to have them travel to our main office site to attend training. Whenever we conduct an in-office training, there is always the risk that attendance will be low and the telecommute population may not receive the information.
