Considering all 10 videos, reflect on your current teaching philosophy as it relates to teaching  C.  Considering all 10 videos, reflect on your current teaching philosophy as it relates to teaching diverse and exceptional learners by providing the following:  •   a description of your current teaching philosophy as it relates to teaching diverse and exceptional learners  My teaching philosophy as it relates to teaching diverse and exceptional learners is all about including them and making sure they have the right tools to succeed in and out of my classroom. Mainstreaming ELL and SPED students into my classrooms is beneficial for all students, allowing the students to be in a natural classroom setting, and giving them opportunities to learn multiple skills like socialization. Knowing my students ELL and SPED strength and weaknesses will allow me to create an optimal learning environment for them. These strength and weaknesses will be found in their individual education plans, that I will thoroughly read and implement. Throughout my lessons and assignments I will make sure to differentiate my instructions my ELL students build their English vocabulary and reading ability. Understanding my students culture and interest will help me make learning more meaningful.
