The data collected thus far reveals the cities infected, and the individuals within the cities that have been impacted by age group. The top five cities with the most infected cases are Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Miami, and Jacksonville, with other cities also having individuals affected by the virus. For my organization to ensure the necessary resources are made available to the cities infected with this virus, we must determine the ages of the most infected to determine specific resources needed for impacted areas. The following report identifies the age groups most affected and least affected, the prevalence rate per age demographic, and information deduced after evaluating the incorporated bar chart. Figure 1: Bar graph represents the age groups of individuals in 51 cities affected with a dangerous virus in April 2017. Age Groups Most Affected Figure 1 illustrates the age group most affected by the virus are individuals ages 18 years old and under, followed by individuals 61 years old and over. In total, there were 4,952 cases of people infected, with the age group 18 and under accounting for 2,089 of those cases, which is slightly over 42% of diagnosed cases in April 2017.
