My healthcare organization has an interest in knowing where the population is most affected to move resources to areas that need them. The following report analyzes the information collected such as cities with the highest infection rates, number of cases, prevalence rate per 100,000, and an overall interpretation from the information.  Between April 2nd through the 28th of 2017, the top five cities for infected cases, from lowest to highest, include Houston, Austin, Phoenix, Miami, and Jacksonville. Houston has 272 cases; Austin has 281 cases; Phoenix has 289; Miami has 299 cases; Jacksonville has 322 cases; these cities and their infection rates are depicted in the bar graph below.  To estimate prevalence, a select sample is randomly selected from an entire population we are looking to illustrate. The data provided includes city, date, and number of cases. The prevalence rate for the top five cities, per 100,000 people is as follows: Houstons prevalence rate is 0.00272%; Austins prevalence rate is 0.00281%; Phoenixs prevalence rate is 0.00289%; Miamis prevalence rate is 0.00299%; Jacksonvilles prevalence rate is at 0.00322%.
