Immigrants create new jobs by reforming new business and spend their money on American goods and services (ACLU, 2020). They also pay taxes,which help raise the productivity business in the U.S. (ACLU, 2020).  Con  Americans believe that immigrants take jobs away from them and increase crime (Wydick, 2018). This claim is repeated by the Trump Administration to justify its crackdown on immigrants (Wydick, 2018). Trump had vowed to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program (DACA), by making it more difficult for green card holders to maintain their status in the U.S. (Garcia, 2019).
