All these team members' involvement in a cooperative and coordinated way is essential to providing exceptional care (Morley and Cashell, 2017).  Quality of the Working Relationship  It is essential to establish and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues.  I was partnered with Fanta Hardwell as a consultation colleague to collaborate on the case of Lester.  Fanta took the initiative to reach out Sunday, December 20th, to me via Walden University email to coordinate a time to meet.  We were able to schedule to meet on Wednesday, December 23rd, at 7:00 pm.  Initially, Fanta had technical problems with her computer, managed to work it out, and we were able to connect.  We met for a short period to be sure we could use Collaborate Ultra properly, this session was not recorded, and we exchanged phone numbers to stay in contact. Fanta had not had an opportunity to review Lester's case and scheduled a follow-up meeting for Saturday, December 26th.    Fanta reached out to me on Saturday 26th, explaining she had some personal things going on, and asked to reschedule for Sunday, December 27th at 2:00 pm, and we rescheduled for that time.  We were able to meet by way of videophone and discuss red flags, research, and diagnosis.  Fanta contrib
