The Right to Work Law was started in 2012 but has a long history prior to that. In 1935 the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), or what is known as the Wagner Act was proposed by Senator Robert F. Wagner to establish rights for employees to bargain with their employers on issues such as wages and benefits.
