Mark Cuban was accused of insider trading relative to his investment in Mamma.com. Securities and Exchange Commission v. Cuban, 620 F.3d 551 (5th Cir. 2010). What would you have done in his situation? Do you think he did anything wrong? Is insider trading wrong anyway? What does the Bible say about all of this? Is it within the biblical jurisdiction of the civil magistrate?

One of our textbooks this week discusses the actions of Mark Cuban when he was confided with information that a company he owned considerable shares in was thinking of instigating a major business decision.
