I enjoyed reading your post. After reading several of our classmates posts, an idea came to me. Since I do not believe that corporate decisions are all done in good faith and/or honesty, someone who is knowledgeable about corporations and the things they get up to, should devise a system where the directors and officers are required to document the reason or reasons that they made the decisions that they did.
