Going even deeper, this survey hoped to determine if age, gender, or race played a part in whether the individual had consumer debt and if that affected the amount of debt they maintained.  Population:  This survey was strictly confined to the United States of America s current 50 states. Ages would range from 18-75+.  Genders, such as male and female, and race, such as white, black, and Hispanic, were included in the population.  Sampling Technique:  I used a stratified sample approach for this poll.
