An indicator of the strength of the leaders, or lack thereof, is the absence of direct supervision over the U.S. administrators. This has led to the failure in adherence and enforcement of company policies and jeopardized the security and speed of the network. It has also increased the tension and stressed the relationship with the office in India.  As a new manager with the responsibility of enhanced operational functionality, I will implement a participative leadership style. By being involved in the operations, I can increase my familiarity with the organization and identify issues that are impacting operational efficiency. I can also focus on moderating the tension between offices by meeting with all parties and encouraging open communication
