Communication can be either the success or failure of a business or organization. Ethical and unethical communications are centered on success and failure. One example of unethical communication is the falsification of reports or data within an organization. Having worked in restaurant management for many years; reports are a part of the daily functioning of a restaurant. I often presented reports for revenue earned and product loss. It was also imperative that I closely monitored labor cost; this was also presented in the form of a report.  In a restaurant chain it was essential that management report all functioning in the most accurate manner possible.
