It is much like the words democratic system, affection, and peace (p. 2).  My definition of leadership is the essence of being able to inspire others.  Successful leadership depends on thoughts – both original and developed – that are successfully communicated to others in a way that draws in them enough to go about as the leader needs them to act. Likewise, leadership can manage others through a shared vision or inspire individuals to discover their motivation. As I would see it, a viable leader guides individuals without micromanaging; however, they give a dream and inspiration to cooperate as a group. A leader encourages people to accomplish their objectives by urging others to take advantage of their range of abilities they probably will not realize they even have.   Leaders effectively listen to discover better approaches to lead and motivate others.  Also, a leader motivates others to act while at the same time, coordinating the way that they demonstrate.
