The goal of applying this method is to guide search for evidence towards a solution for a specific problem, by developing a research question (RQ). “A well formulated RQ can improve the clarity of the problem, guide decision plans, enhance chances of finding the solution, inform study design, help to anticipate the issues and needed resources, increase the efficiency of the research process, enhance the likelihood of publication, and enhance the clarity of the thought process in developing the research plan.†(Abbade, et al., 2017, p. 2).
