A proposed service line or economic initiative would be a mental health facility located within the Tri-County area. This proposal presents an economic opportunity at the micro level and macro level due to the  fact that mental health has been address the top health issues identified in the Community Health Assessment and prioritized by TCHD partners, TCHD community members and TCHD staff.
