Lately, there has been a high rate of turnovers across multiple occupations. Another hospital new to the area has been belligerently recruiting employees. The approach they are using to recruit is unique and offers many benefits that "Hospital A" can only dream of. The benefits include what most private hospitals call comprehensive work-life career- investment programs for their employees. During the exit interviews of employees who chose to leave for the competition, ex-employees felt that they were not provided with the career guidance needed for career advancement. Exit Several surveys of employees found that they thought "they are not valued or considered part of the organization and that "only doctors and RNs mattered."
