All humans have the ability to process information. Visual information processing is just one way our brain processes information. In this paper, we will discuss visual information processing, what it is, and how it works. It is vision that directs action. Good visual information processing means being able to quickly and accurately process and analyze what is being seen and store it in visual memory for later recall (Para. 1).According to "Vision: Processing Information"(2012), Vision begins with light passing through the cornea and the lens, which combine to produce a clear image of the visual world on a sheet of photoreceptors called the retina (Para. 2).  This image is reversed like a camera.
