Child abuse is present in all societies, caused by not being prepared for parenthood, use and drink alcohol, drug intake, and even simple problem at their place of employment. Some of my clients struggle with sleep, have nightmares, drug intake, abuse other people and or animals, self-harm, and cause depression. According to  the help guide (2020), "lasting scars are left from being abused or neglected. Some scars might be physical, but emotional scarring has long-lasting effects throughout life. These scars are damaging to a child's sense of self, their future relationships, and ability to function at home, work and school.  There are different case studies regarding child abuse, and neglect are typical results of products of the child's environment. For example, a child raised in a family that men have control over the women, the children in the family may view this behavior as normal. Another cause of child abuse and child neglect consists of parents being abusive with each other or the child, which can cause a child to have abusive behavior.
