Assignment Tasks:
This assignment is based on the CardioGood Fitness Case, Chapter 3 (page 144) sections. The data for the case is stored in the attached spreadsheet file. Please read the text of the case and then perform the following tasks:
1.    Create two tables of descriptive statistics for the fitness, miles, and income variables, one table for product TM195 and one table for product TM498. The tables should show the following descriptive statistics for each variable:
a.    Mean
b.    Median
c.    1st Quartile
d.    3rd Quartile
e.    Sample variance
f.    Sample standard deviation
g.    Coefficient of variation
h.    Maximum
i.    Minimum
j.    Range
k.    Count
l.    Skewness
m.    Kurtosis
The tables should have titles, and should be clear and easy to read. Use clear and consistent formatting. For example, format dollar values as dollar values, use a consistent number of places after the decimal point, use borders around your tables, etc.
Assignment Deliverables:
•    Please turn in your spreadsheet to Blackboard. Include include your first and last name somewhere in the filename. For example, you might name your memo/report document something like “mark_haney_assign_3.xlsx”
•    Print out the spreadsheet tables twice, once showing results and once showing formulas. Turn in the hard copies in class.
