It also provides insight to how they can best approach weaknesses and threats for optimal functionality. EZ-Pleeze has many decisions to make, so the first step to preparing their SWOT analysis should be determining an objective. Next, they will use the business intelligence research to find out more about their own business, competitors, and consumers. Then, EZ-Pleeze will need to find their strengths, and list them. Followed, then, by weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Once these are listed, the company will then need to establish priorities within each list.
