A SWOT analysis is completed to determine what things could potentially affect the success of the company. Without a SWOT analysis, a company could fail to take a strength, weakness, opportunity, or threat into consideration which may lead to a poor decision.   This analysis is important for EZ-Pleeze as it aides in the development of their framework. It shows how they can best use their strengths and opportunities to gain advantages over competitors. It also provides insight to how they can best approach weaknesses and threats for optimal functionality.   EZ-Pleeze has many decisions to make, so the first step to preparing their SWOT analysis should be determining an objective. Next, they will use the business intelligence research to find out more about their own business, competitors, and consumers. Then, EZ-Pleeze will need to find their strengths, and list them. Followed, then, by weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Once these are listed, the company will then need to establish priorities within each list.
