Corrective_Action_Plan_Week_5.docx    Corrective Action Plan  CJA/475  The Law Enforcement & Community Relations Task Force (LECRTF)  I.Problem/Weakness/Root Cause   A)Community members lacked interest in programs and didnt participate.  ·The law enforcement initiatives and programs did not appeal to the public.   B)Resources were not used.  ·Rented space, spared officers, paper productions (pamphlets, fliers), and paid advertisements were not utilized properly. This left a negative effect on the agencies allocated budget (input v. output).  C)There is no data to be recorded/inferred and changes cannot be measured.  ·The initiatives/programs did not yield expected results.  II.Stakeholders Accountable for Corrective Action  The stakeholders in the Police Department include: the individuals, upper administration, elected officials, based assets, the division of adjustments, the Department of law enforcement and Community relations Taskforce.   Stakeholder Responsibilities:  A)Stakeholders must have knowledge and comprehension of how the strategic plan must be done.  B)Stakeholders must complete all zones of the strategic plan inside a specific time frame.  C)Stakeholders are responsible for finding other financial resources for the agency.  D)Stakeholders are liable for Identifying problems and dangers.  E)Stakeholders are responsible for communicating the actions of the strategic plan and observing the advancement of the strategic plan.  F)Stakeholders are responsible for ensuring the money related financia
