Mainly the matter of George Floyd. A young African American male allegedly purchased smokes with a forged twenty bill. Floyd subsequently died under the care of a police officer. A neglected care because the officer was kneeling on his neck for over eight minutes to restrict him, even though he was handcuffed. Officer Derek Chauvin was consequently discharged and charged with second-degree murder  due to Floyds death.
