Criminal law pertains to the body of Law which relates to crime. Criminal Law describes conduct that is threatening, harmful, or dangerous to property, health, safety, and moral welfare of people inclusive of one's self.  Concept of Law - The Concept of Law presents Hart's theory of lawful logical positivism Laws. Guidelines made up by individuals no characteristic or needed connection between Law and morality within the framework of analytic philosophy. Hart sought to deliver a theory of descriptive sociology and analytical jurisprudence.  Criminal liability- is the accountability for a crime and the penalty that society imposes for the crime; Since crimes can cause harm to society as a whole (in addition to the victim(s), government lawyer /prosecutor can bring up charges against the criminal on behalf of its citizens.  2.) What surprised me?  I can say I was surprised about all the different Terms and codes used daily in Criminal justice. I am also surprised about all the hours that are put in each day and the recourses and documentation that must be done on each case. Having to do a lot of research, the ability to know each issue and to be prepared.  3.) The Impact from knowing I have an interview; I get extremely nervous when I have an interview.
