The media story that betrays gender crisis in media is that with having the lack of gender equity in the newsroom is impossible to ignore. The MeToo movement has shown how female journalist theyget the news stories covered. The importance of womens reporting goes unseen and they feel like they are being ignore in the world today. For example, the CNN Climate Town Hall that  featured five journalists as moderatorsand only20% of them was woman. That is a big gap between women of our population and womenof moderators and their role is to be neutral participants and hold candidates accountable for their actions.Gender inequity manifests in todays media industry, with the gender pay in journalism.
