When it comes to the planning process it is important to involve the graduate nurse, they will play an essential role of what the system requires to guarantee the overall success of the system. Involving the nurse in planning is key to ensuring the system is practical (Jeffs et al, 2019). The nurse will be included in the system design and contribute information that is important the nursing workflows ensuring the system includes the required programs.
