It sounds as though he wants to do what is best for business but as in life there are risks for everything we do. There are 3 approaches jack can choose to make in this situation. The first one being that he creates a Win-Win situation. The second method would be to Build Rapport. Managers should create a personal rapport with the employees so as to understand and address their comments, questions, and concerns towards the change that wants to be fulfilled.
