Focusing on the businesses direct competitors can show the company what not to do or what they can do to improve their business. Focusing on competitors can also help keep track of the marketplace and the average costs of products.   The direct competitors for Country Buds would be the companies that are selling to local dispensaries in our area. Most of these companies started their business as soon as Oklahoma legalized medical marijuana. Unfortunately, they have quite an advantage over our company because they have already established a decent customer base. They also have more experience in the industry due to being in business for over a year now. Another advantage that a lot of our competitors have is that they grow their product outside. This makes them able to offer a bigger quantity of products to their customers. However, after doing our research and talking to local dispensary owners, most of them would prefer quality over quantity.   At Country Buds, we grow our product indoors.
