Therefore, short term, long-term goals, objectives, method for data collection and analysis are discussed further in detailed by the department leaders, strategy sponsors: Group 2 Task Force. While ensuring the quality of the prison system operations for future is achieved according to our mission and vision statement.  I.Mission Statement  To facilitate the successful reintegration of the individuals in our care, back to their communities equipped with the tools to be drug-free, healthy, and employable members of society by providing education, treatment, rehabilitative, and restorative justice programs, all in a safe and humane environment.  II.Vision Statement   We enhance public safety and promote successful community reintegration through education, treatment and active participation in rehabilitative and restorative justice programs.   III.Objectives for the Strategic Plan  A.promote/support research - optimize workforce development   a.evaluate how job satisfaction and stress affect staff performance  b.research background, skills, education, training, experiences   i.identify needs for today™s corrections workforce  c.examine influence of working conditions in corrections environments on staff outcomes.   B.promoting rehabilitating prisoners
