They have chosen to prioritize the following values: respect, compassion, integrity, healing, teamwork, excellence, innovation, and stewardship.  The Mayo Clinic provides excellent coverage of the CSR as to the needs for this program:  ï‚·By providing clear statements regarding a formal statement displaying the standards of ethical business conduct for their employees and business partners.  ï‚·Provide clarification on laws, regulations and Mayo policies.  ï‚·To protect Mayo and their staff from legal action in case of a breach of ethical conduct.  ï‚·To meet the expectations of government regulatory agencies.  The four above statements satisfy the CSR by providing clear expectations for their employees, as well as establishing the level of professionalism their internal and external customers have come to expect.
