One problem that I could solve by interacting with students is finding out any barriers they may have to complete assignments. Without interacting with them and knowing their backgrounds I would be unable to make sure that they can be engaged with the assignment and lesson. One example from my classroom experience is with Dev. He was worried about how much the assignment was going to be worth and worried about not completing it because he was busy after school. Due to being able to interact with Dev I was able to work with him to give accommodations to allow him to finish the assignment. I suggested that he come in during a free period, during lunch break, or even in the morning before school started to complete the essay as well as receive any help he may need. This would allow him to be able to complete the assignment and not have to worry about his grade due to having other obligations after school. A2. One aspect of my interaction with the students that was successful was allowing accommodations for the students that had worries and/or issues with the assignment. Allowing these accommodations helped the students be less concerned with completing the assignment while also allowing them to be more engaged. An example of this accommodations was with
