Explain how your perceived leadership effectiveness is supported by the results ofeachof thethreeassessments (360° Refinedâ„¢, CQ Pro, VIA Character Strengths).  My perceived leadership effectiveness for the 360° Refined results are defined through the Core Leadership and Adaptive Leadership results. The Core Leadership skills include Strategy, Action and Results. My overall scores for each section are at a higher range, indicating that I am an effective leader in these three Core Leadership areas. The Adaptive Leadership areas show higher results as well, also supporting the effectiveness of my overall leadership. My highest areas in Adaptive Leadership include: Relationship Management, Information Sharing, Credibility, and Lifelong Learning. Overall, my 360° Refined results indicate that my highest leadership skills are Developing Others, Information Sharing, Credibility, Lifelong Learning and Risk taking. These results tell me that I am passionate about helping those who report to me. I want to make sure they have all the information they need to be the best at their own jobs. I want to provide additional steps necessary to help them develop further in the organization. I am not afraid to take risks to provide better, more accurate information for my team either.
