As such, the people with exceptionalities are often disadvantaged; especially if placed on the same playfield with the normal persons who enjoy all the human abilities, including speech, locomotion, and cognition. Minimal capabilities also characterize the individuals with different exceptionalities compared to the able individuals in different spheres of life such as education and work. However, it is imperative to highlight the fact that the people with such exceptionalities are fully human beings who deserve all the privileges enjoyed by other persons, and that a person’s disability should not be used as a basis for discrimination or neglect.
