And of course, security is such a critical point, you will spend your last week reviewing and planning for how to best maintain the security policies for SCR and TIMS.

• Develop recommendations about creating an SCR help desk. There is considerable information regarding help desks on the Internet. Include three main solutions you would offer.
• Research and write an IT security policy. Consider all six levels, and prepare an outline for a corporate security policy.
