One particularly is language barriers. Language barriers are imperative to overcome due to the inimical impact both internally and externally. This is because communication is critical for employees to learn how to do their jobs, understand organizational standards, and to receive feedback from superiors to improve performance (Madera, Dawson, & Neal, 2014). This becomes increasingly more important as we enter a more globalized society in which internal communication among different regions and cultures may be required.
