It's the flutters inside that feel like butterflies and the possibility of one or more offsprings developing inside. The pregnancy glow is definitely amazing, the boobs are getting bigger by the week, the belly continues to grow throughout the cycle and the food cravings are just out of control. Constantly looking in the mirror and wondering if my love thinks Im fat but I try to avoid that question. At night, I need a lot of pillows just to get comfortable even though that is short lived because of the cravings and constantly going to the bathroom. My love seems annoyed but doesnt hesitate  when the cravings happen in the middle of the night. Dealing with the food cravings can be quite difficult
