MAPA 5322: Advanced Ethics: Blue Wall of Silence

Write a paper that fully explores, explains and expands on a specific, real-world ethical incident, problem, or event. Give background, then analyze the salient facts and come to conclusions employing the ethical foundations described in the course or similar frameworks from published literature. Include withinthe paper a discussion on a futures perspective of what this discourse holds for Public Administration as a whole.Expectation for the paper:Write a ten-page paper with a minimum of five (5) references(in addition to the course texts, if used). The paper will have a cover sheet, which is not included in the 10 pages, and will not have a page number on it. Abstracts and Running Heads are not required; if you include them, make sure they are correct. Formaximum credit most references should be books or scholarly articles that support your argument. Pages will be numberedstarting at the page 2 (first page of the actualpaper). The paper will have 1” margins, double spaced with a font not larger than 12 or smaller than 10.
