The major focus of step two is to increase the associate pool by 500% and to train and retrain the associates to see the long-term vision of the company and envision themselves as an intrigue part of the completed project.   This involves creating a new partnership between the associates and LegalShield based on stronger support, unique resources and technology as well as creating a cross-team assistance with closing deals.  Step two is now a standard format within the new policy and is expected to be a part of the daily transaction process (LegalShield.com, 2014).  The list of action items include the introduction of the new slogan, the new videos and the new handout and new business meeting presentation (LegalShield, 2014).
