CJA454 Week 5 Team Assignment Grant Proposal and Presentation

In this paper Team B will outline their plan for the potential $100,000 grant that they hypothetically could receive. In this paper Team B will determine how the funds will be spent, when the funds will be spent, and where the funds will be spent. Team B’s proposal will outline where we would allocate the funding and attempt to give an outline of our executive summary of our budget plan. In this outline Team B plans to divide the grant’s funds into four equal parts 25,000.00 each to a specific cause that would help the department evolve and thrive not just in its current state but this is preparation for its future as well. Team B will prepare a break down of funds, 25,000.00 each, for a) the Panasonic Toughbook products, b) Office &Multimedia Suites, General Business, Security & Utilities, GPS Mapping, and Tablet PC Software, c) license plate recognition hardware and software from Auto Vu SharpX and Genetec, and last but not least d) an emergency fund for the department for current and future concerns with technology that has been offered.
