Poor decision making is an issue which everyone has gone through. It usually occurs when people have lack of experience and a lax in their moral beliefs. Some of the common characteristics of poor decision making are presented in this paper.

                 The very first trait of poor decision making is lack of concentration on a specific goal or person is focusing on multiple goals at a time. For example: if an individual has set a goal to receive good grades in the exams and at the same time he wants to have a position in basket ball match, plus he is managing hard to get promotion in part time job, then he can make poor decisions because he has multiple goals to achieve at a time.
